Corefit Weekly Update

Our fighters (Ben Campbell and Mario Mencwel) have been ramping up their training in preparation for SKS Empire Unleashed next Saturday and it's going to be a great night of Muay Thai, please contact us or the fighters directly for tickets and show your support!

Elsewhere we will be returning the Corefit UK YouTube channel where we plan to put videos that will assist members with grading, specifically there will be an in-depth tutorial on the Ram Muay with step by step guidance from Henry.

Aside from those preparations, the gym has been bustling with the summer heat and we will always recommend bringing water and staying adequately hydrated as we approach mid-summer.

If you are looking for personal training, we have a multitude of trainers available for flexible schedules. If you are looking to get fit this summer this is definitely something to consider, all of our PT's are trained in HIIT and Muay Thai and it can also be fantastic for kids to grow in confidence and discipline too.
