We have entered a 2 week break from our Summer Activities programme so afternoons at the gym will be relatively quiet until the return of the programme around the 22nd.

We feel like it is a good time to reiterate that the Amateur Fight League is returning on September 24th and that anyone wanting to fight on the day should let us know so we can find a good matchup. See the poster below for details.
