Corefit weekly update

This week at Corefit we have been running a summer activities programme which has gone very well and has been a great experience for the children involved, the activities are now on pause for 2 weeks so anyone wanting open training on the mat can feel free to come in and train.

Other news to report is that the vending machines have had their products expanded greatly, we now have a good variety of snacks and different flavour drinks available for purchase, take a look new time you come in!
