Corefit Weekly Blog reintroduction

We are now reintroducing a weekly blog to the site to talk about and update members about various goings-on around the gym and our fighters over the last week.

Last week there was an inter club at Cobra which several of our fighters fought on and they all did a great job at representing the gym. Mattie had 2 challenging match ups with his first being more experienced and the second heavier. Mattie faced the challenge however and held his own, elsewhere Finn and Corey also faced challenging match ups and performed exceptionally, "The boys all did well and there are steps to improve but overall they've made the gym proud" said Senior Instructor Leroy who cornered our fighters.

Aside from the inter club, Travis and Josh both won their respective fights on the S3 Fight league in Coventry to become S3 English champions which is fantastic so well done to the lads.

In other news we now have 2 vending machines in our entrance, both only accept change so just take note for future usage! We have products ranging from crisps and chocolate, to protein bars and natural energy drinks, so check those out next time you come in!
